    HighPure™ Blood Exosomes Isolation Kit is designed for sEV purification from large-volume samples, such as cell culture medium, urine et.al.

    The column IB and IIB are recommended to isolate sEV from no more than 40 ml and 120 ml cell culture medium once and the sample size can easily scale-up dependent on customization.

    Relative fast flow velocity is required for the purification procedure, while it can work with our AutoExoPureTM constant flow pump and regular FPLC

    The purification by the column is based on a combination of size exclusion and adsorb chromatography and removes more non-EV contamination than the method on the basis of a single separation principle.

    The regular maintenance keeps the column staying at good performance.

    The purified sEV as the eluent can be concentrated as necessary, e.g. ultrafiltration, absorption centration.
